- ALCB permits available: $12-No charge for drinks $27-Resale of drinks
- As a general rule for a basic cost estimate sample: 100 persons @ 6 drinks each, total 600 drinks, average price per drink (non premium brands) $1.10. Total cost $660.00 plus table wine.

- In general dinner parties will consist of tables of eight which will require one bottle of red and one bottle of white wine per table.
